Not Maui Mountain Biking! The Red Bull Monserrate Devotees Bike Race

Ever experienced a vacation cycling Maui or mountain biking the trails of Haleakala? We like all road and mountain biking, regardless it being mountain biking on West Maui in the abandoned cane fields, a crazed Haleakala bike ride down the Skyline trail or other mountain bike rides from distant parts of the world! As most of you know, Red Bull sponsors a mountain bike team and is highly active promoting mountain biking around the world. Completed in just under four and a half minutes, the 2.2 kilometer bike race took place in Bogotá Columbia on the 11th of May, 2012, claiming the Guinness World Record for longest stairway downhill bicycle race. Mountain Biking on Maui or the Olympics in England?

The 2012 Olympics includes numerous bicycling events, including track riding at the velodrome and the mountain bike course at Hadleigh Farms in England.
